Step One - Initial Enquiry
Our projects usually start with an email or phone call requesting a quotation. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and arrange for a survey to be carried out. We require some information at this point to create a quote folder, such as name address and contact details. We will never share customer information and any details we take are treated in complete confidence at all times.
Step Two - Property Survey
To allow us to offer the best battery storage solution possible we will arrange to visit you at a convenient time to carry out a survey of your property in order to provide a comprehensive quotation. Our aim is that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. That’s why we must ensure that we have all the relevant information to allow us to design the most effective system to suit your needs. We will discuss your requirements and suggest a suitable location for the storage battery to be installed, we will also be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
Step Three - Quotation
Once we have gathered all of the information we need, we can begin working on your quote. Besides the actual cost of the work, our quotations will also include information about the proposed system to help give you an idea of the many benefits of investing in a storage battery.
Step Four - Placing an Order
After confirming that you wish to proceed with the installation, we will provide a proposal pack. This document outlines the work in more detail and contains our standard terms and conditions. Once you have approved and signed the documents we may request a deposit to secure the materials and will allow a cooling off period of 14 days in case you decide to change your mind. Following the cooling off period, we will arrange a suitable date for the installation work to take place.
Step Five - Installation
A few days before the installation, we will contact you to advise when the equipment will be delivered ready for the installation work to commence. We try to ensure that our work causes you minimal disruption, we will discuss the installation process again and agree a time for the power to be switched off before we begin work. Once the equipment is installed our electricians will carry out the testing and commissioning of the system and explain how to set up charging schedules via the software app. Before we leave we will ensure that the work area is left clean and tidy and will assist in answering any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on our efficient procedures and solutions, but we continually strive for improvement in order to deliver results more effectively.
Step Six - Handover
Following completion of our installation work, we will put together a handover pack. This will contain all of the information required to use your new battery storage system, the electrical inspection and test certificates and details of our insurance backed guarantee (IBG) and product warranties. We are always on hand to provide any further assistance in the future should an issue arise.
